We thought that spring soccer would be better weather than we've experienced in the fall....but so far we've been snowed on, rained on, and frozen. Taryn has this really intense coach that holds practice three times a week for an hour and a half and yells a lot. I did not like him at first and quickly judged. But once we had our first game, I was grateful that the kids could hear his directions and knew what they were supposed to be doing during the game. They also understood where they made mistakes and valued his praise. Taryn has enjoyed being on his team and has been working hard.

She looks so old! I'm always so impressed with how active Taryn is. Riley's like me, in that she likes to watch, rather than do. "Running is Boooooring." She's told me this a couple times, and secretly, because I'm lazy, I totally agree. Sadly, don't expect any sporty pictures of my daughter.
That's so awesome!
I agree! she is so big! Its sad we don't see more of them, its like every time we see them they are so much bigger! Nazi coaches are the worst, my niece has the same problem with her coach... she takes her job(volunteer job anyway) way to seriously...
